easter cake pops

New project:
Easter cake pops!

First, you prepare the cake (for 12 pops) with the following ingredients:
100g flour
70g sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
70g butter
....and I choose to add 30ml of egg nogg mmmmhhh :-) 

Let the cake bake with 160 degrees for 15-20 mins in the oven, then let it cool down for half an hour
Afterwards, you mix the cake, which you cut into small pieces with 40g of cream cheese,70g fine sugar and also some egg nogg-just be careful that it doesn't get too runny!

Then you roll the eggs and put them in the fridge for 1hour

You can put the sticks into melted chockolate before sticking them into the pops- for the better support!

Then, after some cooling time, you can melt chokolate and dip your pops in. We decorated them in green and white- my spring colours!
