For this easy and very very delicious recipe you'll need:
1 can of coconut milk
1 cup of vegetable milk (almond, soy, oat....)
4-5 Spoos of chia seeds
1 pkg pudding powder
2 cups strawberries and apricots
Cook the milk and the sugar, add the pudding powder, then, slowly, add the coconut milk. At last, you add the chia seeds.
Fill the pudding into glasses, after 15mins, put them into the fridge.
Cut the fruits, add the rum and maybe a little bit sugar or cinnmon- or both :-)
When the pudding is cool, fill the glasses with the fruit......enjoy!
