Let's try this:
2cups of pumpkin(Hokkaido tastes best!), cut into pieces
1 cup oft chickpeas, already cooked
1 piece of garlic
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
4 spoons oft coconut milk
Cut the onion and the garlic, fry it in a pan, add the chopped pumpkin and add the spices. When the pumpkin is soft, add the chickpeas and the lemon juice, at last the coconut milk.
Let the mixture cool down, puree it and put it in the fridge afterwards.
You can enjoy it with bread, vegetables, meat....
